Ahead of the Bournemouth vs Tottenham clash in the Premier League, we will run through the predicted Tottenham lineup...
Tonight, Tottenham travel to the Vitality Stadium to face Bournemouth away from home in the Premier League. Spurs have yet to find any form of consistency this season and it's reflected in their league standing, where they are eighth in the table, level on points with Brentford and Newcastle below them.
However, Tottenham have played one less game than the teams around them. If they win this match tonight and Brighton lose against Fulham tonight, then Spurs will climb up to fifth in the table. If Brighton draw or win and Tottenham win, Spurs climb up to sixth. Either way, it is within Spurs' best interest to win this match.
Predicted Tottenham lineup for the away trip to Bournemouth today
GK - Fraser Forster. Since the main option Vicario will miss this match through injury, it will come down to the backup goalkeeper. He has featured in the last two matches against Roma and Fulham.
RB - Pedro Porro. Started every game in the league so far for Spurs and this will only continue. His presence will definitely be needed out wide.
CB - Radu Dragusin. The Romania international has stepped up in a big way this year, given Spurs' injury crisis at the back. His stalwart presence will be necessary again.
CB - Ben Davies. Even though his future is uncertain at Tottenham, Davies is committed until he is uncommitted. The versatile defender could step in to replace Cristian Romero, who might not be up match sharpness just yet.
LB - Destiny Udogie. One of the finest attacking full-backs in the Premier League. However, his defensive strength could do with some work. Let's hope he won't be required to do much defending tonight.
CM - Yves Bissouma. Playing at the base of the midfield, like always, will be Yves Bissouma. Composed in possession and press-resistant, Spurs will hope he has a strong performance as a lot depends on him.
CM - Dejan Kulusevski. Slotted into his new midfield role excellently. While nobody doubted his ability as a player, it's been quite a surprise to see how naturally he plays in his improvised role.
CM - James Maddison. Tottenham's main creative hub. He has shown promise this season, Tottenham only hope that he can put together more consistent performances during the festive period.
RW - Brennan Johnson. Not only has Brennan been one of Tottenham's best players this season, he's been one of the best players in the league. With four consecutive goals for club and country, he'll hope to make it five tonight.
ST - Dominic Solanke. Solanke is coming up against his former club Bournemouth for the first time since his move to Tottenham. Let's hope he adds to his frankly disappointing four goal tally.
LW - Son Heung-min. Added plenty of creativity to his game this year, showing that the Spurs captain is only getting better with age. Another strong performance tonight please, Sonny.
