This Sunday, Spurs will travel to Old Trafford, looking to build on the last three wins in all competitions. In the meantime, plenty of young Spurs players will be in action for their respective loan sides. Let's take a look at how it shapes up for them.


Who are Spurs loanees playing against this coming weekend?

To begin, Ashley Phillips and Stoke City have a trip to Middlesbrough for the second time this season. Phillips missed the first game under new manager Narcis Pelach but is in line to play this weekend should Pelach select him. Saturday 15:00 BST kick-off. Sidenote: Stoke City have a trip to Southampton in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.

Elsewhere in the Championship, Dane Scarlett and Oxford United have a home game against Burnley to look forward to. They have won all three of their home games so far, but this will be their toughest test yet. Scarlett got his first minutes in nearly a month last weekend at Bristol City and will be hoping for at least that again here.

Into League One, where Matthew Craig and his Barnsley side host Stockport County on Saturday evening, with a usual 19:45 BST kick-off. It is a big game, with the Tykes being in 4th place in League One and their visitors in 7th.

Meanwhile, Josh Keeley and Jamie Donley's Leyton Orient side host Wrexham on Saturday, kick-off at 15:00 BST.

Down in League Two, where George Abbott's Notts County side will be looking to bounce back from their first defeat of the season at home to Gillingham last time out with a win away to Morecambe, who are bottom of the league with just two points from their first seven games of the season.

Onto the continent, where Luka Vuskovic and Alfie Devine's KVC Westerlo will be trying to end their five-game winless run on the road against Standard Liege. The game is on Saturday, with a 17:15 BST kick-off.

In La Liga, Bryan Gil's Girona will travel to Celta Vigo on Sunday, kick-off at 13:00 BST. Later that day, Alejo Veliz's Espanyol face Real Betis on the road, at 17:30 BST.
