As the action continues at Euro 2024 in Germany, the praise has been heaped on one Spurs player following the latest round of fixtures.

Radu Drăgușin produced a commanding performance at center-back as his Romanian side enjoyed a comfortable 3-0 win over Ukraine, winning all his individual duels and making 10 clearances.

Dragusin's Spurs teammate James Maddison took to his Instagram story to applaud the defender, who joined Spurs from Genoa in January for £25million.

The game's man of the match, Romania's Nicolae Stanciu who scored a sublime finish to break the deadlock, has tipped his compatriot to go to the very top and believes we will see a lot more of Dragusin in the Premier League next year with Ange Postecoglou's side.

Tottenham's No. 6 found it hard to break into the team in front of Cristian Romero and Micky Van de Ven, starting just four games and appearing as a substitute in a further five Premier League games (via Transfermarkt).

Drăgușin's agent, Florin Manea, has been very outspoken since his move to the Tottenham Hotspur stadium, questioning his client's decision to join Spurs over other seemingly more glamorous moves, and has even questioned Ange's tactics (football365).

Performances like today's on the pitch, however, are sure to be more effective than any performances off of it if the Romanian star is to break into the Australian's first-team plans next season.
