Thomas Frank is yet to unleash all of his summer additions onto the Premier League, with Randal Kolo Muani waiting patiently for a first appearance in the competition.
The French international joined the club on loan late in the summer transfer window, having been cast aside by Luis Enrique at Paris Saint-Germain. Kolo Muani spent the second half of last season on loan at Juventus, but the Italian giants were unable to reach an agreement with PSG regarding his permanent transfer.
Spurs boasted an interest in the versatile forward during the January window, but Kolo Muani preferred a move to Turin. However, with his options few and far between as the summer transfer deadline neared, the 26-year-old must've been grateful that the north London club reignited their interest.
While Kolo Muani made his Lilywhite bow off the bench in the 1-0 victory over Villarreal to kick-start our Champions League campaign, he is yet to make his Premier League debut.
'Dead leg' the reason for Randal Kolo Muani's Brighton absence

The Deadline Day arrival was a surprise absentee from Frank's matchday squad away at Brighton on Saturday, with most expecting Kolo Muani to appear again, having featured on Tuesday night.
Spurs subsequently fought back from 2-0 down to earn a point at the Amex, with another summer arrival, Xavi Simons, making a notable impact off the bench. Frank will hope that Kolo Muani can also supply this Tottenham attack with an extra dash of quality.
An injury was expected to be the reason why the 26-year-old was left out at the weekend, and the Spurs boss later confirmed that speculation.
"Kolo Muani got a dead leg, unfortunately – that kept him out of the Brighton game," Frank explained (via Chris Cowlin on X). "He was actually struggling the last week. Hopefully, he will be available for Wednesday [Doncaster in the Carabao Cup]."
In case you're not aware, a 'dead leg' is defined by Oxford Languages to be 'an injury caused by a numbing blow with the knee to a person's upper leg.' They can be very painful, but such injuries are rarely severe.
As a result, there's hope Kolo Muani will be able to play a part in the upcoming cup tie against League One Doncaster, especially with Dominic Solanke still out and Richarlison in need of a rest. It'd be a great chance for the Frenchman to settle in after a quiet start, because the loanee does have a big role to play for Frank's side this term.
