Thomas Frank was able to breathe a deep sigh of relief on Tuesday night, as his depleted squad produced a performance seemingly worthy of keeping the Dane in the job.
Frank is still on borrowed time, though, and anything but three points at Turf Moor on Saturday will merely represent another nadir in his miserable reign.
Every fixture is hugely significant for the manager, with supporters ready with their pitchforks in the event of another unsavoury result this weekend. Burnley are without a Premier League win since October.
Spurs are slightly less depleted compared to Tuesday night, but the situation is far from ideal, especially after learning that Lucas Bergvall will be out for a little while as a result of the injury he sustained against Borussia Dortmund.
So, with that in mind, here's the team Frank could pick to start at Turf Moor.
Tottenham predicted lineup vs. Burnley (4-2-3-1)

Goalkeeper & Defenders
Guglielmo Vicario (GK)—The Italian was surprisingly quiet in the week after his downturn in form continued at the weekend. Spurs need the very best of Vicario here.
Pedro Porro (RB)—Porro was as good as he's been all season on Tuesday night, and we can only hope that his performance serves as a springboard for the second half of the campaign. I still think about his assist for Son Heung-min on this ground in early 2023/24.
Cristian Romero (CB)—Back-to-back games with goals for the skipper, who's seemingly trying his best to keep Frank in the job.
Micky van de Ven (CB)—The transfer talk is unsettling, but Van de Ven will remain in Lilywhite unless a potential buyer blows our socks off with an offer. The Dutchman comes back into the XI this weekend.
Destiny Udogie (LB)—Udogie's presence was an underrated factor in Tuesday's improved showing, and I hope Frank retains the dynamic with his two full-backs at Turf Moor.
Midfielders
João Palhinha (CM)—I'd rather see Yves Bissouma in the side at Burnley, but if Palhinha's fit again, I suspect the manager will turn to him.
Archie Gray (CM)—Gray has enjoyed a sustained run in the team, and Bergvall's setback means the young midfielder's minutes are unlikely to dwindle anytime soon.
Xavi Simons (AM)—For Xavi, Tuesday night was a blast. The space surrendered by Bundesliga opposition was familiar to the Dutchman, who continued his excellent record against Borussia Dortmund. We'd be a whole lot better if Xavi could replicate that level of performance in the Premier League most weeks.
Forwards
Wilson Odobert (RW)—Odobert is enjoying life down the right flank, and I don't see why Frank, given the lack of alternatives, would alter his role as he prepares to face his former club.
Dominic Solanke (ST)—The centre-forward's return to the starting lineup was a major boost in the week, as Solanke proved himself to be close to full fitness with an excellent showing.
Djed Spence (LW)—I like Mathys Tel as much as the next guy, but Spence's showing in the week was as dynamic as we've seen from a left-winger all season in N17.
