Tottenham team news
The biggest piece of Tottenham injury news heading into this match is that Destiny Udogie and Pedro Porro were both spotted in training. This is an excellent boost for Ange Postecoglou, who missed the full-back duo in the last Premier League match against Wolves.
As per Sports Mole, Porro may take a little longer to return to match fitness, though. The outlet predicts that Porro, Fraser Forster, Manor Solomon and Ryan Sessegnon will miss Tottenham vs Crystal Palace.
Crystal Palace team news
Unfortunately for the visitors, they have a few long-term absentees. Rob Holding, Cheick Doucoure and Michael Olise are ruled out, as they have been for some time already. Marc Guehi also faces a race against time, but he may be facing a losing battle as he isn't expected back just yet.
As per Evening Standard, though, there is some positive Crystal Palace injury news. They report that Joachim Anderson is expected to be fit, despite being subbed off in the last match. Furthermore, Eberechi Eze and Will Hughes are optimistic about a return for this match.

Tottenham vs Crystal Palace prediction
A lot of factors weigh in Tottenham's favour. Firstly, they are the home side and Crystal Palace have a poor away record. Secondly, they are the favourite to win this match, given they haven't lost to Crystal Palace in their last four matches. Thirdly, they have had a good rest, after not playing last weekend. Therefore, I will go with a comfortable Tottenham 3-1 Crystal Palace.
