Tottenham transfer news - Major boost for Conor Gallagher deal

It remains to be seen whether or not Conor Gallagher will extend his current deal with Chelsea, which expires in the summer of 2025. The English midfielder is linked with a move to Tottenham, but he has become one of the first names on the team sheets at Chelsea under Mauricio Pochettino.

According to a report by The Telegraph, though, Chelsea could be forced to sell more players than they would like in the summer transfer window. This means that players linked with moves away could be on the verge of being sold.

To cut a long story short, the major changes which are set to commence at Chelsea this summer could benefit Tottenham, who would like to land Gallagher since he is the dream signing for Ange Postecoglou.

Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, Jacobs said: “I think that Arsenal and Spurs are more likely destinations for Neto, at this point. We know the Tottenham interest is historical, and I would expect Arsenal to consider Neto this summer as one of a few targets in that position."
