Ange Postecoglou is looking to rebuild the current Tottenham Hotspur squad in the upcoming summer transfer window. The Aussie boss has now had a season to work with the squad, understanding the foundations. He very famously has vocalised his discontent with the state of the club currently, so bringing in some players with a winning mentality this summer could solve that.

In order to bring players in, though, Ange must first consider which players he wishes to sell. Well, if recent reports are anything to go by, the Tottenham head coach has located a certain Brazil duo in the squad as players he could shift on, to make room in the squad and raise funds.

According to a report from Standard, Tottenham are looking at options to sell Richarlison this summer, despite the Brazil international wanting to stay in England. Furthermore, Richarlison's countryman and Spurs teammate Emerson Royal is also on the chopping board, as Spurs would like to seek options to sell him in the summer, with Milan and Saudi Pro League sides interested.

It is surprising that Richarlison is up for sale, I must admit. The forward has undergone a good transition this campaign, playing in a more central position and scoring 12 goals (all comps) this season. While it is not an overwhelming return, it must be considered that Richarlison has started just 21 games across all competitions.

The decision to sell Emerson Royal is more understandable, though. To put it frankly, he is not at the level which Spurs plan to head in. The full-back is a complete liability, hence why he is not the first-choice. Tottenham should absolutely grab the first opportunity they get to sell him in the summer transfer window.
