Tottenham Hotspur will soon part ways with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg. The player who was always bound to be up for sale in the 2024 summer transfer window is seemingly joining Marseille, with Tottenham expected to receive around £17m in the way of a transfer fee (BBC Sport).

In many ways, this £17m fee should not be looked at with any upturned noses from Tottenham fans. It has resulted in good business from Daniel Levy and the rest of the Tottenham higher-ups. Considering he has just one year remaining on his contract and wants to leave, to obtain £17m is not bad business by any stretch of the imagination.

But where will Tottenham turn to next? Well, Ange Postecoglou is clearly in a mood to sell. According to GIVEMESPORT, 6 more Tottenham players will be sold after the Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg transfer, they are as follows...

1. Giovani Lo Celso

Much like Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, it was written in the stars that Giovani Lo Celso would leave Tottenham this summer. The midfielder was already low down in the pecking order, let alone with the arrival of Lucas Bergvall and how well he's performing in pre-season.

As per GIVEMESPORT, Giovani Lo Celso is also on the transfer list for Tottenham. Hopefully, his assist from the bench in the Copa America final will have bumped up his stock price.

2. Emerson Royal

For a club with ambitions of breaking into the top four, Tottenham must have the standards of a top four club. There is no way that any other top four club would hire a player like Emerson Royal.

Royal is a defensive liability and he has one good game every ten. Therefore, it is good to see that Ange Postecoglou is applying his ambition to Tottenham by selling the Brazil international. As a likeable character, Tottenham fans will hope that he excels at his new club.

3. Djed Spence

Djed Spence is certainly proving himself in pre-season but if the GIVEMESPORT report is anything to go by, it's too little and too late.

Admittedly, Djed Spence is the most surprising inclusion on the transfer list. He is clearly a professional with a lot to prove and he's shown by his recent performances in pre-season that he's willing to knuckle down and prove everything. Perhaps his place on the transfer plank will be revised.

4. Richarlison

Richarlison had a productive 2023/24 campaign and was one of the most improved players under Ange Postecoglou. However, even despite the Brazilian's turnaround, he is still wanted out of the club by Tottenham higher-ups, as per GIVEMESPORT.

Reading between the lines, then, it's likely that Tottenham will step up their pursuit to sign a new striker in the summer transfer window.

5. Sergio Reguilon

Sergio Reguilon's spot on the Tottenham transfer list is not a surprise in the slightest. In fact, the only surprise is that he hasn't been sold already. The Spanish international has spent the season out on loan from Tottenham and Ange Postecoglou is showing no desire to re-implement him in the starting lineup.

6. Bryan Gil

Bryan Gil is not at the required standard to play for Tottenham Hotspur. Having already shown a desire to leave the club after struggling to make it into the starting lineup, the best case scenario for all parties is if Tottenham sell Bryan Gil, which they are looking to do.
