Today it was officially confirmed by the club that four of the clubs fixtures across November and the beginning of December have been rescheduled.

Tottenham's November and December fixtures revised

First of all, the home game against Aston Villa will now be played at 14:00 BST on Sunday, the third of November. Spurs lost this fixture 1-2 last season, in an end-to-end game at the height of the club's defensive crises.

The following Sunday, it is another 14:00 BST game at The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, as Spurs welcome newly promoted Ipswich Town to North London. Former Spurs coach Kieran McKenna will, all being well, be in the opposition dugout for this game. Former Spurs player Jack Clarke could finally make his first start at The Tottenham Hotspur stadium.

That will be the final game before the final international break of the year. After that break, Spurs will travel up North to play Manchester City at The Etihad. The game will be played at a very similar time of the year to the drama-filled 3-3 draw there last season. This game is on the 23rd of November, 17:30 BST.

Finally, a third home game out of four, as Spurs host fellow London side Fulham. This will be on the 1st of December, 13:30 BST.

The games against Ipswich and Fulham will come after Thursday night Europa League fixtures. Just three days and fewer than 72 hours before the game against Ipswich, Spurs will play in Istanbul against Galatasaray, and have to travel the best part of 2,000 miles home afterwards. Squad rotation could be very key over this period.

Fortunately before the game at home to Fulham, Spurs' game against Roma is also at home, so without the travelling. However, the showdown with Roma is a 20:00 BST kick-off, not even 66 hours before the game against Fulham. In addition, Spurs are currently scheduled to play away to AFC Bournemouth just two days after the game vs Fulham - in a game that will surely be moved to Wednesday.

Once again, the squad depth and rotation across that period will be key to Spurs' chances of winning each game.
