7 - Brennan Johnson
He came off at half-time, for reasons we’ll confirm later. The Welshman scored the goal that put Tottenham ahead in the 12th minute, assisted by Solanke. Aside from that, he contributed very little more.
6 - Dominic Solanke
He deserves credit for getting on the scoresheet, but the reality is he was also quite erratic during one clear chance. Aside from that, he didn't contribute much overall. It's great news that he scored, but there's definitely an expectation for much more from Solanke.
6 - Son Heung-min
The captain was a bit off his game, although he was quite involved. He played a crucial role in Solanke's goal in the 68th minute with a shot that the goalkeeper parried. He also could have registered an assist from a chance that Dominic missed while one-on-one with the keeper. He was substituted in the 70th minute, seemingly due to physical discomfort, which we’ll confirm later.
