2. Radu Dragusin
Radu Dragusin was signed by Tottenham Hotspur in January. He had a slow start to life in North London but he slowly started to prove himself towards the end of the season. Dragusin will hope to have a great impact for Tottenham in his second season.
The Romania international could be the main beneficiary as Real Madrid are targeting Cristian Romero. If the Argentine does leave this summer, Dragusin would only see an increase in playing time.
3. Oliver Skipp
Assuming he stays at Tottenham for the new campaign, it has become a "now or never" season for Oliver Skipp. The English midfielder has been with Tottenham since 2008, coming through the youth academy. Promoted to the first team in 2018, Skipp has made 77 Premier League appearances.
However, he is yet to assert his dominance on the first team. Clearly a talented and multidimensional midfielder, this year has to be the year he kicks on otherwise it could be the end of his time with Spurs.
