By Kian Long
Tottenham Hotspur will not look back on their 2023/24 with pride but they can be excited about the foundations which Ange Postecoglou continues to instil. That said, the summer is still packed with action for Tottenham fans, as here are the 4 Tottenham Hotspur players at EURO 2024 this summer...
The 4 Tottenham Hotspur players at EURO 2024 this summer
Denmark - Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg
Playing a pivotal role in the Denmark midfield will be Tottenham Hotspur star Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg. Admittedly, it was not the greatest 2023/24 campaign for the Dane but it makes sense that he was selected for his country at the Euros. After all, he is a player with remarkable talent and he has excellent international pedigree.
From Tottenham's perspective, they will hope Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has an excellent EURO 2024. It could mean one of two things - He will either return full of confidence to kick on in North London or his stock price will raise amid a potential sale. Either is a win-win for Postecoglou.

Italy - Guglielmo Vicario
He has been involved in the international friendlies for Italy of late but in truth, it is hard to see Guglielmo Vicario getting much game-time for Italy in this competition. The current European champions are treated to one of the best options in the world, Gianluigi Donnarumma. Therefore, Vicario is more likely to play second-fiddle.
Netherlands - Micky van de Ven
Standout Spurs player Micky van de Ven has the benefit of playing as both a centre back and full-back. He has been used as a left-back in the friendlies building up to EURO 2024 for the Netherlands, so it could be a sign of things to come. Either way, Tottenham fans will hope their star defender returns injury free and, more importantly, full of confidence for the 2024/25 campaign.
Romania - Radu Dragusin
The second Tottenham Hotspur defender to play at EURO 2024 is Radu Dragusin. An underrated defender who has showcased the ability to do a great job for Spurs will hope for a positive and influential campaign.
Signed in 2024, he is yet to truly kick on as an assured starter for Tottenham but a good performance on the international stage could boost his rankings in the eyes of Ange Postecoglou.
Certainly, the Aussie boss will be keeping a keen eye on each of his players at the upcoming EURO 2024 tournament in Germany.
