Tottenham Hotspur are set for an eventful summer as they gear up to climb the Premier League table. Spurs narrowly avoided relegation at the end of last season, and Roberto De Zerbi will make multiple changes to his lineup to ensure they have no risk of going down again.
Keep
Antonin Kinsky - The goalkeeper has bounced back from the humiliation against Atletico Madrid to become the trusted goalkeeper for De Zerbi. He was subbed off by Igor Tudor after 17 minutes against Atletico, but was reinstated by De Zerbi. Kinsky then made some important saves for Spurs to help them keep their place in the Premier League.
Micky van de Ven - Has been linked with a move away from the club, but Spurs must ensure he stays.
Kevin Danso - Solid squad player for Tottenham.
Pedro Porro - A very good player who can contribute to attacks. Has been linked with Real Madrid recently.
Djed Spence - Right-footed full-back who can play on the left. His versatility makes him a good option for De Zerbi.
Andy Robertson - Only just arrived at the club from Liverpool.
Jan Paul van Hecke - Also a new signing.
Pape Matar Sarr - Only 23, so he has potential.
Archie Gray - Another youngster with a big future.
Ben Davies - Just signed a new deal. His experience will be valuable.
Lucas Bergvall - A very talented player who needs to stay fit.
Conor Gallagher - Came good at the end of last season, and De Zerbi trusts him. Only arrived at the club in January, so should be judged after a full campaign.
Xavi Simons - Just when he was starting to impress, he picked up an injury. However, Simons could still be a good player for Spurs in the future.
James Maddison - Returned from injury at the end of last season and showed his class. One player who Tottenham missed hugely throughout the season.
Dejan Kulusevski - Missed last season through injury, but has shown his quality in previous campaigns.
Mathys Tel - De Zerbi appears to rate him, despite the club being linked with Savinho of Manchester City.
Luka Vuskovic - Impressed on loan at Hamburg last season, and deserves a chance with Tottenham.
Richarlison - The Brazilian scored some important goals to help Spurs retain their Premier League status last season.
Destiny Udogie - May lack game time with Robertson coming in. However, Udogie should see this as an opportunity to learn from one of the most experienced Premier League left-backs.
Loan
Wilson Odobert - Disappointing season, but only 21 and could benefit from a loan move. Showed potential when he was with Burnley, so needs to have a season at a club where he can play regularly.
Souza - Young left-back who would benefit from a loan move. Joined the club from Santos in January, but made just four Premier League appearances. The 20-year-old needs game time. His opportunites at Spurs will be limited with the arrival of Robertson.
Dane Scarlett - 21-year-old striker, should look for more first-team opportunities on loan. He has already been loaned out by Spurs before, and this year was with Hibernian.
Sell
Cristian Romero - Top of the list when it comes to a player that Spurs need to get rid of. He was disruptive last season with his outbursts on social media. Controversially, nearly did not attend Spurs' final home game of the season. Tottenham needs a new captain. Surprisingly is being linked with big clubs including Atletico, Barcelona, and Manchester United.
Guglielmo Vicario - He will not be happy being the second choice to Kinsky so it might be worth Spurs cashing in on him. A return to Italy with Juventus, Napoli, or Inter Milan could be on the cards for the goalkeeper.
Rodrigo Bentancur - If Joao Palhinha joins the club permanently, Bentancur may be surplus to requirements.
Mohammed Kudus - The forward has struggled to stay fit since joining from West Ham United.
Dominic Solanke - Too injury-prone to be kept around.
Brandon Austin - Is now 27, so he should be looking to play first-team soccer somewhere. However, Spurs may want to keep him as a backup option.
Radu Drăgușin - Missed much of last season through injury, and was benched a lot when he was fit. Has ben linked with moves away from Spurs, Fiorentina, Juventus, and RB Leipzig, who are reportedly interested.
Additional notes
Marco Senesi - Will be joining the club this summer.
Joao Palhinha - Spurs will want to make his loan move permanent. He was one of Tottenham's best players last season.
Yves Bissouma - Will be leaving the club when his contract expires.
Randal Kolo Muani - He will return to Paris Saint-Germain after being on loan at Spurs last season.
