5) Tyler Dibling

The final player on the list, and by far the youngest. Walker-Peters’ team-mate has already made an impression in the Southampton first team this season, at just 18 years of age, playing over 500 Premier League minutes so far. Dibling has a contract until 2027, but again like Ramsey – should he not extend, could enter the final two years. That too, and in the likely event of Southamton’s relegation, they could be forced to sell for a lower fee than they’d hope.

Spurs have already been linked to the teenager, after his impressive performances, but appear to be far from alone on that front, and could face some stern competition for the teenagers signature. The winger was part of the England U19 squad with Mikey Moore earlier this month. Right-wing is definitely one of the areas that Ange Postecoglu's side need to add more depth to, and Dibling could provide just that.
