Tottenham have a chance to secure safety with a game to spare against rivals Chelsea on Tuesday night. After West Ham lost on Sunday, Spurs can secure safety with a win here, and a draw will effectively secure safety given the goal difference West Ham would need to make up on the last day of the season.
A defeat would take the race to the final game, and Tottenham will be desperate to avoid that nervy scenario. Fortunately for Spurs, Chelsea are bang out of form and looking lost, albeit their players will want to impress new boss Xabi Alonso, who is likely to be in the stands ahead of taking over in the summer.
Ahead of the London derby, we have rounded up all the latest injury news surrounding both sides.
Estevao Willian - Out
Estevao is out for the rest of the season with a muscular issue.
Jamie Bynoe-Gitttens - Out
The winger remains out, and there has been no update this week. He will be targeting a return for the final game.
Romeo Lavia - Doubt
Lavia could return here. McFarlane said this week: "Romeo took a slight knock in the build-up to the [FA Cup final], and we didn't want to take the risk. We just have to be careful."
Xavi Simons - Out
Simons suffered an ACL tear recently and that will keep him out until some time early next year. It was a big blow for the Dutchman, who will have been dreaming of a World Cup this summer.
Wilson Odobert - Out
Odobert ruptured his ACL at an earlier stage, and he is looking at a return some time in the late autumn to winter.
Mohammed Kudus - Out
Kudus had actually returned in early April, but a fresh setback from his hamstring issue saw him ruled out for the rest of the season.
Dejan Kulusevski - Out
Kulusevski is hoping to finally return for the last game, but it may come too soon. De Zerbi said last week: "I texted him after [the Villa game]. He told me in the next week, I think, he comes back [to continue his rehab at Hotspur Way]. And I hope he can be available to stay with us in the last game because he is an amazing player."
Cristian Romero - Out
Romero is out for the rest of the season with a knee injury.
Dominic Solanke - Out
Solanke has been ruled out of this one, but he could yet return for the weekend. De Zerbi has said: "Solanke is not good yet. Not available. He feels something, and I don't want to take the risk for this game. We hope, for Sunday, he can be available for one part of the game."
Guglielmo Vicario - Fit
Vicario could return here, with De Zerbi confirming: "Vicario is available to play. I will decide tomorrow [if he starts]. It is not [a] difficult [decision]. It is easy. Vicario is No.1, but we have to consider the physical condition, the momentum and everything."
