Arsenal coincidentally show interest in Tottenham transfer target

Arsenal have now entered the race to sign a Tottenham transfer target. It is believed both sides could lock horns in the summer transfer window.
Tottenham Hotspur had an incredible 2024 summer transfer window. While they have not performed to the best of their ability in the opening games this season, Ange Postecoglou did well to strengthen his squad in the summer.
The feeling is that results will fall into place. In fact, Tottenham went through a nice run of form before the loss to Brighton and Hove Albion, so there are positives to build on after the international break.
However, Ange Postecoglou is a manager who always has one eye on the future. So, he has already shortlisted a Tottenham transfer target for next summer.
Arsenal coincidentally show interest in Tottenham transfer target
According to a report from Football Insider, both Arsenal and Tottenham are interested in signing Georgiy Sudakov from Shakhtar Donetsk. The midfielder could be of interest to the Premier League not in January, but instead in the summer.
At this stage, it is believed that both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are “doing their due diligence” on Sudakov. So, no concrete move has been made by either side.
It is still early in this transfer saga. At this point, anything can happen as one side could make an early move while another could withdraw their interest. So, Tottenham fans, do not pre-order your jerseys with Sudavok on the back just yet.
Georgiy Sudakov is an exceptional and technically-gifted midfielder, with a high ceiling. He is two-footed and works best in the number 10 role, just in behind the striker. However, his physical presence also allows him to slot into a deeper midfield role.
In the final Ukrainian Premier League match before the October international break, Georgiy Sudakov scored four goals in one match. It was an incredible return as he inspired Shakhtar towards victory against LNZ Cherkasy.
This season, Sudakov has scored seven goals in nine Ukrainian Premier League. Yet still, his side sits fourth in the table. It has been a great return for Sudakov personally but not his team, despite being the current champions.
