Real Betis’ Giovani Lo Celso

The other marked man, Giovani Lo Celso, is desired in North London as much, if not more, than Ndombele. Deep into negotiations, Tottenham are the favourites to win the Lo Celso sweepstakes. Everyone associated with the club is keeping a level keel though, as tempering expectations goes hand in hand with being a partisan Lilywhite.

Tottenham are currently about £10 million short of Betis’ financial expectations, and Levy will have to dust off his wallet to get this crucial transfer finalized. He’s a puritan whose foot skills would immeasurably benefit Tottenham, especially with Christian Eriksen expected to depart for pastures anew.
