Best performance

There are a few options to choose from, including Tottenham’s dominant 4-1 home win over Liverpool, their 2-0 home victory against Manchester United and a wonderful 3-1 away win at Stamford Bridge which pretty much secured Tottenham’s place in the 2017-18 Champions League.

But none were as historic or symbolic as Tottenham’s 3-1 victory over Real Madrid, who are vying for their third successive Champions League crown when they meet Liverpool in Kiev next week. Spurs showed their bravery, courage and pedigree by dispatching the world’s best team in convincing fashion. It was a match Spurs supporters will never forget.
