Tottenham remain in a fight for their Premier League lives, although they have finally got a little wind in their sails after picking up a rare win over the weekend, beating bottom club Wolves.

West Ham and Nottingham Forest also won, though, so it was a case of nothing gained, although Spurs at least kept pace, and they would be all-but relegated had they not.

It's going to be a sprint to the finish between Tottenham and West Ham, with Forest almost out of danger, and with that in mind, we have rounded up the latest on the relegation picture.

Current table

16th - Nottingham Forest // 39 points // GD -4

17th - West Ham // 36 points // GD -16

18th - Tottenham // 34 points // GD -10

Predicted final table

Here is the final predicted table, as calculated by OPTA's simulation system, which uses various simulations to produce a most likely points average.

16th - Nottingham Forest // 43.98 points // Relegation probability: 1.96%

17th - West Ham // 40.15 points // Relegation probability: 37.94%

18th - Tottenham // 38.71 points // Relegation probability: 58.99%

Run-ins compared

Nottingham Forest: Chelsea (A), Newcastle United (H), Man Utd (A), AFC Bournemouth (A).

West Ham: Brentford (A), Arsenal (H), Newcastle United (A), Leeds United (H).

Tottenham: Aston Villa (A), Leeds United (H), Chelsea (A), Everton (H).

Run-ins compared

Forest's huge win over Sunderland means they are pretty much safe at this point. Vitor Pereira's men have a very tough run-in, but they will surely find a way to safety knowing they likely only need a point or two to completely wrap up safety. The next two games may be their best chances to get those points.

West Ham likely need another four or five points, and their remaining fixtures are not too kind. Leeds will be safe by the last game of the season, so that will be a big chance to get three points at home. Brentford are going for Europe, and that's going to be difficult, as will the Arsenal game, of course. Newcastle are in poor form, but nothing is easy away from home.

The Hammers will look at those last two games as the best opportunity, and they will feel as though they can get something from Brentford, as long as they turn up.

Tottenham naturally have the most points to find, likely needing six or seven points, and their fixtures are not too kind, either. Villa away from home is a very tough game, but Leeds and Chelsea are winnable games if De Zerbi can get his men to step up.

Everton on the final day will be a tricky game, given they are likely to be fighting for European qualification on the final day, but Spurs are likely to have plenty to play for themselves.
