This midweek, there is plenty of football for a number of Tottenham Hotspur loanees. Let’s see who is in action in each competition, and who they will be playing against.

How things look for Spurs loanees over the next few days

To begin, Josh Keeley, fresh off scoring against Oldham Athletic last time out, Jamie Donley, and their Leyton Orient side are back in League One action, as they welcome Bristol Rovers to Brisbane Road. That remarkable goal from Keeley has secured a home tie against Derby County in round three. In the win over Oldham, Donley got his first minutes since the 12th of November. This game is on Tuesday, with a 19:45 GMT kick off.

Elsewhere in League One, Matthew Craig’s Barnsley make the trip to North Wales to face Hollywood Wrexham. The concern in minutes for Craig is ever growing, with the midfielder again an unused sub – for 120 minutes – as Barnsley were knocked out of the FA Cup on penalties at home to Bristol Rovers. Another 19:45 GMT kick off on Tuesday for this one.

In League Two, George Abbott and his Notts County side face Walsall on the road. Abbott comes into the game fresh off scoring his first ever professional goal on Saturday, scoring with a superbly taken finish, in Notts' 4-3 defeat to League One side Peterborough United in the FA Cup.

Recently, it feels like Notts have had a lot of big games in the league, and this one is no different. Coming into the game, Stuart Maynard’s side sit in 5th place in League Two, with 28 points from 17 games, meanwhile Walsall are in 2nd place, with 31 points from their 16 games so far. Plenty to lose, but also plenty to gain. Another 19:45 GMT kick off on Tuesday.

Onto the continent, there is Copa Del Rey action for Alejo Veliz and his RCD Espanyol, as they face lower league side Union Deportiva Barbastro on the road. In the previous round, Veliz bagged a hat-trick as Espanyol beat San Tirso 4-0. This game is on Tuesday, and kicks off at 20:00 GMT.

Elsewhere in the Copa Del Rey, there is also a lower league tie on the road for Bryan Gil and Girona, as they face Logrones. That game is on Wednesday, and kicks off at 20:00 GMT.

Finally, on Thursday, there is Beker van Belgie cup action for Luka Vuskovic, Alfie Devine, and KVC Westerlo, as they face Anderlecht on the road. 19:30 GMT kick off there.
