Tottenham travel to the London Stadium to face West Ham in the Premier League this evening. After completing a comeback in the last match against Luton Town, Ange Postecoglou will hope for a more comfortable affair in this match - A tough ask in preparation for any London derby.
In the reverse fixture, West Ham beat Tottenham 1-2 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. It was an awful result after Spurs took an early lead. Admittedly, it will be harder to pick up a result on the road but Tottenham are in good form, winning three of their last five Premier League matches.
Tottenham still have a game-in-hand over Aston Villa, so they have a clear-ish route into the top four but they need to keep winning their matches and improve their goal difference. Therefore, every game between now and the end of the season is must-win for Tottenham.
They are in a battle for top four which is an incredible turnaround considering last season, they went without qualifying for European football.
On the other hand, West Ham are having a quietly good season. They are seventh in the Premier League table and although a section of fans are calling for David Moyes to be sacked, they are standing their own.
