Tottenham transfer news - Son Heung-Min contract talks set to commence
Son Heung-Min is out of contract at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the 2025 summer. Since he is a club legend and one of the best players currently at the club, Ange Postecoglou would undeniably like to keep him, so would the fans.
According to Football Insider, Son Heung-Min is happy at Spurs, with talks about extending his contract set to commence. It is thought that there should be minimal complications from the player side, since he is enjoying his new life at Spurs under Ange.
Son Heung-Min is a versatile asset to Tottenham. He can play either centrally or as a left-winger, which makes him irreplaceable. He currently ages at 31 years old but he is showing no signs of deterioration, so placing a new contract on him would be the wise thing to do, from Spurs' perspective.
Tottenham transfer news - Spurs set to receive Dele Alli fee
One of the former players at Spurs, Dele Alli, is currently playing for Everton. However, speaking of contracts, his deal at Goodison Park runs out at the end of the season.
According to The Athletic, Spurs could receive a fee from Everton, if they extend Dele's stay. This is because a fee was agreed to be paid, should Dele make 20 appearances for Everton. Although he is currently injured, extending his deal (which the club seem keen to do), would all but guarantee that money is paid to Spurs - A welcomed boost ahead of the summer transfer window, for sure.
