Tottenham Hotspur fixture list revealed

Tottenham Hotspur now know their fixtures for the 23/24 Premier League season.

Spurs will begin the season away to Leicester City on the 19th of August, which will be in front of the cameras on Monday Night Football.

The game will be dripping with narrative. Spurs academy graduate Harry Winks will be playing against his boyhood club for the first time since leaving permanently in the summer of 2023.

And of course, James Maddison will be playing against Leicester City for the first time since also leaving in the summer of 2023. The Spurs midfielder spent 5 years in the East Midlands, winning the FA Cup in 2021.

The two North London Derbies will be played on the 14th of September, at home, and away on the 14th of January.

The first home game of the season will be at home to Everton on the 24th of August, in a 3 pm game kick-off.

Spurs finish the season at home to Brighton & Hove Albion on the 25th of May.

As for the newly promoted teams - Spurs will play Leicester City away on the opening weekend, as mentioned above, and on the 25th of January. They will play Ipswich Town at home on the 9th of November, and away on the 22nd of February. Ipswich is managed by former Spurs coach Kieran McKenna. Finally, they will face Southampton away on the 14th of December, and at home on the 5th of April.

The Premier League season will start a week or so later than usual because of the Olympic Games in Paris.
