From a selfish perspective, Tottenham fans would like to see their team in action every week. However, they are out of luck because due to Chelsea's commitments elsewhere, their London derby this weekend has been postponed. However, thinking optimistically, it does mean that Ange Postecoglou has received a great Destiny Udogie injury boost.

According to The Athletic, due to Spurs having no game this weekend, Destiny Udogie will return from injury for their next Premier League match against Crystal Palace, at the start of March. Also, Pedro Porro should return, which will be a welcomed boost for Ange Postecoglou.

Emerson Royal isn't the most popular figure at the club and it showed why at the weekend. While he rarely put a foot wrong defensively, he wasn't great going forward. Perhaps this was exacerbated by Ange Postecoglou's tactical focus on having attacking full-backs, with Emerson Royal being everything but that at the weekend.

Tottenham ended up losing the match 2-1 and as a result, they slipped out of the top-four and fell closer to Manchester United, who took advantage of them dropping points. With that being said, Spurs need to field their strongest lineup to face Crystal Palace at the start of the month, since they cannot afford to drop any more points.

Destiny Udogie only joined Tottenham officially at the start of this season, after he spent his first season on loan at his former club Udinese. Indeed, he felt like a new signing and breath of fresh air as he started this season excellently, being one of the best defenders in the league as Spurs sat top of the Premier League for some time.

Having Udogie and Pedro Porro, who is also a fine example of an inverted full-back, will be a welcomed bonus for Ange Postecoglou.
