According to TVPlay, Tottenham are getting set to make a bid for Juventus' number 9 Dusan Vlahovic. The figure would be somewhere in the region of £68.5 million, and the Italian club are apparently willing to except such an offer.

The Serbian striker has played 75 games for the Italian giants, netting 28 goals and 7 assists.

Ever since Kane left in the summer, Spurs have been looking to replace their central attacker, and while Heung-min Son has been phenomenal through the middle, there's no doubt that the team is lacking a prolific striker.

Richarlison has hardly been helpful on that front, with just 2 goals in 39 Premier League games wearing Lilywhite. With injuries to Manor Solomon and Ivan Perisic as well, the time to get a new attacking player is sooner than later.

Spurs have also been linked with Ivan Toney and Federico Chiesa over the past few months, but they look to be making a serious effort for the Serbian.

Tottenham are enticing the striker with a massive signing package, a deal which would see him earn roughly £12.8 million a year. It's of course difficult to know the odds of the deal going through, especially with interest from other clubs. Nevertheless, the club seem serious about this one.

The January transfer window is fast approaching, and a Spurs starting XI could look different on the other side of it with a number of signings on the horizon and players like James Maddison and Micky van de Ven looking to make their return shortly after.
