Tottenham Hotspur continues to express interest in Semih Kiliscoy, a rising star from Besiktas, as reported by HITC. However, Spurs are facing tough competition from several Premier League clubs, including Arsenal, who appear to be leading the race for the talented youngster.
Kiliscoy has made a significant impact since his breakthrough into Besiktas' senior team last season, impressing with 11 goals and three assists in 23 league appearances during the 2023-24 campaign.
HITC suggests that the 18-year-old forward could be headed to England this summer, with numerous Premier League sides vying for his signature. Alongside Tottenham, Newcastle United and Manchester United have shown interest, but it's Arsenal and Manchester City who seem to be in pole position.

Scouts from these clubs regard Kiliscoy as a special talent and are eager to secure his services. Moreover, the Turkey Under-21 international has attracted attention from top European clubs such as Paris Saint-Germain, Monaco, Bayern Munich, Bayer Leverkusen, and Real Madrid.
Besiktas appears willing to entertain offers for Kiliscoy, with reports suggesting a valuation of around £22 million. However, given the high demand for the young striker, it's anticipated that his price could escalate significantly, potentially reaching the £30 million mark, should a bidding war ensue.
