Winger Manor Solomon remains a Tottenham Hotspur player for now, but his future could soon change. As the transfer window nears its end, the Israeli is the subject of intense interest from several clubs, with a loan move away from North London seeming increasingly likely.

Initial reports suggested that Solomon was set to join Leeds United on loan for the season. Spurs insider Paul O’Keefe even hinted that the medical tests had already been completed. However, recent developments have cast doubt on this move. According to reporter Shay Lugassi, a disagreement over payment terms has threatened to derail the transfer.

Now, football.london has reported that Ajax has emerged as a potential suitor for the 25-year-old winger. Ajax are reportedly waiting to see how the Leeds situation goes before making a definitive move for Solomon. Marseille had previously shown interest, but it remains to be seen whether they will re-enter the race.

Solomon joined Tottenham last summer on a free transfer from Shakhtar Donetsk. He made an impressive start to his Spurs career, registering two assists in his first five matches.

Unfortunately, his season was cut short by a meniscus injury in early October, and he has not featured for Tottenham since.

With new arrivals such as Wilson Odobert, the loan extension of Timo Werner, and the emergence of Mikey Moore, Solomon appears to have fallen down the pecking order at Spurs. Given these changes, the club may prefer to offload him to free up space in the squad.

Regardless of whether it’s Leeds, Ajax, or another club that secures his services, it’s crucial for Tottenham to finalise a deal. Although it would be a loan move, keeping Solomon in the squad no longer seems practical. Let's wait and see how this goes.

Meanwhile, Spurs’ management seems to be working behind the scenes to secure a last-minute signing as the transfer window nears its close. We are likely to hear more developments in the coming days.
