What a game, what a match. Tottenham defeated Nottingham Forest 3-1 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Matchday 31 of the Premier League and finally secured the fourth position in the standings.

Tottenham is now in Champions League spots, and today at Hotspur HQ, we have for you three positive aspects and three negative aspects that we found in this Spurs' victory. Let's get to it!

Negative 1: Tough first halves, again

We had already talked about how challenging the first halves of matches have been for Tottenham this season. This time was no exception, even though Tottenham took the lead in the 15th minute. This came after a dangerous play, a cross generated by Timo Werner, and ultimately resulted in an own goal by Murillo, a player from Nottingham Forest.

But Forest quickly regrouped, and by the 27th minute, courtesy of Chris Wood, they equalized to 1-1. From then on, regardless of ball possession, it was a tough first half for Tottenham. How much longer will we have to see this, and when will it be corrected? We need to see a Tottenham that secures games in the first halves.

There are few matches left in the Premier League, but it will be very interesting to see how this evolves in the final matches, considering we are at a crucial moment where the team is finally in fourth position, already in Champions League spots. The key or mission for this final stretch of the season will be to maintain that position.
