3 blockbuster transfers Tottenham could make this summer to mount a title charge

Pedro Neto would be a HUGE signing for Tottenham Hotspur. He brings with him some incredible versatility since he can play as a left-winger, right-winger, midfielder OR striker. Not only this, but he would improve the creativity in this Spurs side.
This season has been Neto's best in a Wolves shirt, as he has scored three goals and provided nine assists across all competitions. His nine Premier League assists has him joint-second in this season's assist leaders chart.
His crossing ability is second to none. Therefore, if he is providing for a top quality target man, this could mean great things for Spurs' future endeavours.

In my opinion, if Spurs only had one transfer to choose from, it would have to be Neto. Tottenham are interested in the Portugal winger, as Hotspur HQ recently revealed he was at the top of their winger shortlist, and understandably so.
