£20m-rated winger says playing at Tottenham would be 'fun'

While Tottenham have reportedly prepared offers for Barcelona's Raphinha and have been linked with Wolves' Pedro Neto, another attacker could be on the docket for this summer's transfer business.

Tottenham recently completed the signing of 18-year-old Swedish wonder-kid Lucas Bergvall. Whether it's because of his international teammates's transfer or not, Swedish winger Roony Bardghji has recently expressed his interest in Premier League football, and specifically, in playing for Tottenham Hotspur.

Speaking with SportBladet (via Daily Express), the player said "It’s fun to think about. You never know, it could happen. Hard to say now.”

When asked about Bergvall's move, Bardghji replied "I'm happy for him. He is an incredibly kind guy. I hope everything goes as he wants. It will be fun to talk next time we meet with the national team."

Spurs were previously linked with the F.C. Copenhagen attacker, reported to potentially acquire his services this past transfer window amidst interest from other clubs. Of course, Tottenham opted to go with a loan option in Timo Werner instead.

The player's camp were open to offers in January, and there's nothing to indicate that's changed. However, all will depend on whether Spurs prioritize their other attacking targets, and how aggressive other clubs will be in the market this summer once he's open for sale again.

At just 18, with Champions League experience - including a goal in a memorable 4-3 victory over Manchester United - and plenty of room for growth, Bardghji fits the mold of an offensive threat that Ange can mold into a high-pressing, shot-creating winger.
