Tottenham are making their first trip to Everton's swanky new home on Sunday afternoon, having struggled through their games after the October international break.
Thomas Frank's side entered the interval on a positive footing, but the nature of their performances against Aston Villa and Monaco have thrust the spotlight on the new manager, who impressed at the very start of his tenure.
Spurs surrendered an early goal advantage to the Villans last weekend before somehow claiming a point in the Champions League on Wednesday. Frank's side are suffering in possession, and their inefficiency with the ball is putting greater strain on the defence, which bent plenty in Monaco but was bailed out by an outstanding Guglielmo Vicario performance.
Everton remain unbeaten at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, ending Crystal Palace's 18-game unbeaten run on their previous home outing. David Moyes' Toffees were cast aside by Manchester City last weekend, but have shown enough through the first two months of the season that they could contend for a top-half finish.
The hosts are currently 12th, three points adrift of their visitors in sixth.
Here's our preview of Sunday's Premier League clash.

Everton team news

The hosts have no fresh injury concerns for Sunday's game and will also have Jack Grealish available again after he was ineligible to face his parent club last weekend.
Grealish will start down Everton's left, joining Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Iliman Ndiaye in the Toffees' creative department behind target man Beto.
Jarrad Branthwaite is going to be out for a little while longer after undergoing minor surgery, while Nathan Patterson is also sidelined. Michael Keane will start at centre-back in Branthwaite's absemce.
Everton predicted lineup vs Tottenham: Pickford; O'Brien, Tarkowski, Keane, Mykolenko; Gueye, Garner; Ndiaye, Dewsbury-Hall, Grealish; Beto.
Tottenham team news

Thomas Frank has confirmed that Cristian Romero, Destiny Udogie and Dominic Solanke will not return from their respective setbacks on Sunday. The manager has said that Romero and Udogie's injuries will not keep them out for long, while Solanke is progressing in his recovery from an ankle injury.
Thus, the injury situation hasn't changed from Wednesday night.
Frank will tinker again, no doubt. Randal Kolo Muani's decent cameo in Monaco may earn him a first start in place of Richarlison, although Mathys Tel is available again. Archie Gray deserves to keep his place, but Djed Spence is a shoo-in to return, and the Rodrigo Bentancur x João Palhinha pivot will likely be retained.
Tottenham predicted lineup vs Everton: Vicario; Porro, Danso, Van de Ven, Spence; Palhinha, Bentancur; Kudus, Xavi, Odobert; Kolo Muani.
Everton vs Tottenham score prediction
Tottenham's injuries are working against them, but Frank has got to help out his team more. He's the right man for the job, but Spurs' previous two performances have been far from encouraging.
The Hill Dicky hasn't quite entered fortress territory yet, but Everton haven't lost at their impressive new amphitheatre and Spurs will be walking into a cauldron under the lights on Sunday, with the clocks going back the night before.
I think this will be another grind for the visitors, but I hope we're a little bit braver in possession. A point here isn't awful, but the performance will matter.
Prediction: Everton 1-1 Tottenham
