There's plenty of vulnerability and anger pervading across the Tottenham fanbase right now, with Thomas Frank's drab project sucking the life out of supporters.
The vast majority want the Dane gone, and perhaps our wishes will be fulfilled should his confused outfit fail to beat a woeful West Ham United side at home this weekend.
The depths of dreariness Frank has slumped to during his tenure have fans longing for the return of a familiar face. #PochBack is resurfacing online. We all just want to feel something again.

Mauricio Pochettino's stellar reign kicked off with a victory at Upton Park thanks to a dramatic late winner from a relatively unknown 20-year-old who'd joined the club from Sporting CP just two weeks before. Images of Eric Dier wheeling away in celebration remind us all of a more innocent and simpler time, the beginning of something quite special in N17. And we didn't even know it yet.
Dier would emerge as one of the defining figures of Poch's reign, eventually outlasting the adored coach and spending almost a decade with the club. He departed for Bayern Munich in the summer of 2024 after an initial six-month loan and moved to Monaco ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
Now, though, there are rumours of a return to English shores, and the longtime Lilywhite risks damaging his standing among factions of Spurs supporters.

Sky Germany's Florian Plettenberg is among those to report that Dier could be on his way to West Ham this winter. The Hammers have supposedly been "offered" the chance to sign the 31-year-old, and are weighing up the move.
Dier was a favourite of former Monaco manager Adi Hütter, even captaining the side in a 2-2 draw with Nice in October, but he's struggled for game time under new boss Sébastien Pocognoli, primarily because of injuries.
While the time was right for Dier to move on in 2024, he remains a sturdy defender who'd certainly aid West Ham's cause in their fight against relegation. The appointment of Nuno Espírito Santo hasn't alleviated their defensive woes, with their lack of talent distinct. Dier was useful at Bayern under Thomas Tuchel and had started the season well at Monaco before his injuries.
He'd be great for Nuno's Irons, but seeing a former Lilywhite stalwart who reminds us all of a more joyous time in north London would be a bitter pill that many of us aren't in the mood to swallow right now. Sure, it's not exactly Harry Kane lining up for Chelsea, or Jan Vertonghen donning the red and white of our bitterest enemy, but Dier was Tottenham through and through for a decade.
The only notable connection between the Englishman and West Ham should remain that debut Premier League goal back in August 2014. Don't go breaking our hearts, Eric.
