Guglielmo Vicario

This might have been Vicario’s best performance in a Spurs shirt. He was superb from corners, catching a number of them. His shot stopping was at its best, making a superb save with his foot, to deny an early Erling Haaland effort. He was on call to deny Ilkay Gundogan and Haaland again in the second half too.

On the ball, the keeper had 69 touches, and completed 47/54 passes. His long passes can still improve, but these are encouraging signs regardless. Have to be really happy for Vicario to have a game like this – let’s hope it can continue.
