The Telegraph’s Mike McGrath has tweeted about Joe Rodon’s future, saying Tottenham has confirmed a season-loan deal with Leeds.
There isn’t much more detail at this stage, as McGrath tweeted the information less than 30 minutes ago.
Tottenham have agreed a deal for Wales centre-back Joe Rodon to join Leeds on a season-long loan. Formalities of deal to follow in coming days. More on @TeleFootball #Spurs #LUFC

The Telegraph, however, rarely publishes premature, even incorrect information, so expect this news to be verified and confirmed soon.

Rodon has been on the outside looking in at Tottenham for ages. He never really broke into the senior squad. While he was thought to have a high potential ceiling, Rodon couldn’t find the quality required to be a consistent staple at the Premier League level.
A move to the Championship is an idyll solution for Rodon, whose skill set is a better match for England’s second division.
The 25-year-old defender spent last season on loan with Renne, where he made 22 appearances, 16 of which were in Ligue 1.
Rodon should be elated with the move, as it will allow him to play consistently in the first team.
Rodon joined Tottenham in 2020 and has made 24 appearances, 15 of which in the Premier League. The bulk of those Premier League appearances, 12, came in the 2020-21 campaign when Jose Mourinho was at the helm.
On behalf of every Tottenham supporter, we wish you the best of luck at Leeds, Joe.
