Chelsea:

Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig — £51 million

Nicolas Jackson from Villarreal — £32 million

Axel Disasi from Monaco — €45 million

Chelsea is attempting to sign Kylian Mbappe on loan, a player who would never in a million years be linked to a Tottenham move. They are also negotiating with Juventus for Dusan Vlahovic, which would include Romelu Lukaku going the other way.

The Blues are also battling Arsenal to sign Raya from Brentford.

And the only reason Chelsea has confirmed just two transfers thus far is due to their ridiculously absurd £300 million expenditure on players in January. However, caution isn’t exactly what Chelsea is known for, so expect at least one more big-money signing.

Arsenal:

Declan Rice from West Ham — £105 million

Kai Havertz from Chelsea — £64 million

Jurrien Timber from Ajax — £34 million

Arsenal is also still after Raya and potentially others.

Manchester United

Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta — £84 million

Mason Mount from Chelsea — £55 million

Andre Onana from Inter Milan — £45 million

Jonny Evans from Leicester — free

Liverpool

Dominik Szoboszlai from RB Leipzig — £60 million

Alex Mac Allister from Brighton — £36 million

Newcastle

Sandro Tonali from AC Milan — £55 million

Harvey Barnes from Leicester — £38 million

Yankuba Minteh from Odense BK — £7 million

It’s a story as old as time, and Tottenham can’t expect to compete atop the table when they are unwilling to spend what is required to keep pace with the aforementioned top-tier teams.
