While the appointment of Ange Postecoglou will provide some players with a new lease on life and an opportunity to impress, several others have worn out their welcome and should be sent packing.

Tottenham has come to a crossroads regarding a disproportionate number of players on their roster.

It’s incumbent on Postecoglou to enter proceedings afresh, offering a blank slate, even redemptive opportunities, for those willing to commit and devote themselves to the cause.

However, seven players have gone past the point of no return. Here are the members of the roster who should be cut loose, regardless of any financial losses their leaving causes.
