There is chat about Dejan Kulusevski earning his first Premier League start, but the Swede will have to wait another match for that anticipated moment. Lucas Moura, Son Heung-min and Harry Kane will retain their spots and lead Spurs’ attack.

All three players, while not at their very best, still looked dangerous and contributed midweek. Kane missed a sitter and should have scored, Sonny bulged the old onion bag to put Tottenham briefly in the lead and Moura set up both of the home side’s goals.

There isn’t enough reasons for Conte to make changes to that triumvirate unless fatigue is a deciding factor.
