Tottenham Hotspur player ratings from 3-1 FA Cup win vs Brighton

Tottenham forward ratings
Forward – Heung-min Son – 6.5
After missing the last four matches with an injury, Heung-min Son came back and looked like he was never out. The highlight of his game was a decisive second-half run where he dribbled the ball from the half all the way into the box. Having missed a couple of prior chances – including one off his face – Sonny wanted to score a worldie. Instead, the Brighton defence did enough to cost Son the assist but still allow Harry Kane to score.
Forward – Harry Kane – 8
After a slow start to the season, Harry Kane is finding his form. For the second consecutive FA Cup match, Kane scored multiple goals. His curling opener was beautiful, and his second was a poacher’s delight as he slid in just ahead of Adam Webster for his second and Spurs’ third to restore the two-goal advantage and keep Tottenham in command.
Forward – Lucas Moura – 6
Not everyone was sharp Saturday evening, as Lucas Moura never quite found the game’s pace. The Brazilian was a willing runner, but his passes and dribbles did not have the crispness necessary against a game Brighton to carry the day. He was brought off with 22 minutes left as Dejan Kulusevski made his debut.
