Finally the wait is over as Tottenham prepare to welcome Brighton on Saturday in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

Antonio Conte‘s side is finally fully fit for the first time in memory, with Cristian Romero and Son Heung-min both fully recovered from their respective injuries. Romero hasn’t played since injuring his hamstring on international duty in mid-November. His return is highly anticipated, but so too is Son’s, who suffered a muscle injury against Chelsea in the first leg of the Carabao Cup semifinal.

Conte also has newbies Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski at his disposal, with both fully participating in training with their new teammates yesterday. The combination of fresh blood and a clean bill of health makes for an incredibly exciting FA Cup prospect.

There is only three full days of rest between Brighton and a date against Southampton on Wednesday, which will surely play into Conte’s thinking.
