Transfer window comes before postponed matches can be played

As if every single Spurs supporter in the world doesn’t already know when the winter transfer opens…. But if you don’t, January 1st is the date you’ll want to circle on your calendar. Who cares about the start of a new year and all the empty New Year’s resolutions that come with it. What we all care about is the day Conte and Fabio Paratici can start making magic happen.

If they’re able to finalize a few deals early in the window — in rather uncustomary fashion — Spurs will have a few new additions when the postponed matches are eventually played.

Which could help considerably in Spurs’ quest to secure a Champions League berth.
