Lucas Moura 9.5/10
The Brazilian scored a wonder goal and was easily Spurs best attacking players. Spry, lightning quick and dazzling in possession, Moura enjoyed his best outing of the season and was Tottenham’s best player.
Harry Kane 7/10
Harry Kane enjoyed more of the ball as time elapsed. He came close to scoring in the second half and looked more dangerous as Spurs started to dictate proceedings. Still not quite sharp enough in front of goal, but some promising signs from Spurs’ talisman.
Son Heung-min 8/10
Sonny got his goal, as we’ve come to expect. He was also lively throughout. He combined well with Kane and Lucas throughout and always looked dangerous on the break.
Ryan Sessegnon 7.5/10
A far improved outing for Ryan Sessegnon, Spurs’ wing back enjoyed a composed and positive outing. He threatened going forward and saw a lot of the ball. He didn’t make any grave errors defensively and showed promise throughout with some dangerous crosses.
Matt Doherty 7/10
Didn’t step a foot wrong after coming on for Tanganga. He set up Kane at the top of the box with a nifty pass and played well in his cameo.
