Tottenham will need to strengthen three positions in order to make a run at the Premier League title next season. 

There is no question that, with a few personnel additions, Tottenham are in the hunt as contenders for one of the most coveted team prizes. However, these three areas need to be addressed in the summer if Spurs have any chance of reigning in the likes of Manchester City.
