Jose Mourinho took the reigns while the club was embedded in a deep malaise, so how has the Portuguese fared in his first three months as Tottenham boss? 

Mourinho expectedly had an immediate impact on the club, galvanizing a side who cried out for change. When Mourinho was appointed as manager on Nov. 20, 12 weeks into the season, Spurs were 11 points adrift of a top four spot. Thirteen weeks later, Spurs now sit just four points behind the coveted fourth position.
