A short turnaround, after a disheartening 0-0 draw away to Watford, could be the antidote Tottenham require as they prepare to welcome Norwich on Wednesday.

Team update

Soon to return

Tanguy Ndombele is on the road to recovery but won’t be risked for Wednesday’s clash. A more realistic return date is on Feb. 2, when Tottenham host Manchester City. Ben Davies and Hugo Lloris could also be back for that game, more good news for Spurs. Though their return dates are more uncertain. Ideally all three will get a few games in before Tottenham clash with RB Leipzig in the Champions League round of 16 encounter.

Long term injuries

Harry Kane and Moussa Sissoko are the marquee names on this list, both of whom are expected to miss at least two more months. There is no scheduled return date for Michel Vorm either.
