Despite Tottenham’s prolonged inactivity, Mauricio Pochettino, since moving to North London over five years ago, has compiled an incredibly impressive transfer list. 

For most supporters it feels like Tottenham haven’t made a signing since The Simpsons was released decades ago. Of course that is a gross exaggeration, but the sentiment offers some insight into how frustrated with current proceedings Tottenham faithful are.

Putting that palpable dissatisfaction aside, it’s easy to forget the laundry list of invaluable assets Pochettino has brought to London. Most of the following signings, who are still plying their trade with Spurs, were made during the early stages of the gaffer’s tenure, all of whom have made indelible, and invaluable, impressions in N17.
