Another match, another injury. That is how it has been going for Tottenham over the recent months. While Pochettino can still put on a strong XI, here are the Spurs that are in question or out of the FA Cup match against Crystal Palace.

Moussa Sissoko

The Frenchman’s chances for suiting up are 50/50. Sissoko was visibly hurt near the end of the Chelsea match and was unable to finish the contest. Speaking about Sissoko, Pochettino said ‘Sissoko is okay, tired I think.’ Expect him to at least make the bench.

Ben Davies

Davies also was in pain because of the Chelsea match but seems less likely to play against Crystal Palace. The left back said “I have to see how it is in the next couple of days. I don’t think it’s too bad.” It seems that Davies will require some time to recover but who knows. We can’t completely rule him out of Sunday’s match but it is looking like it.

Victor Wanyama

The Kenyan seems to be in a better place when it comes to health than both Davies and Sissoko. He returned to training and has had a long time to rest. While Wanyama may not be in the starting XI, he should be healthy enough to play.

Heung-Min Son

Son is technically not injured but you could call him questionable for the upcoming match. He is eligible to play for Spurs again since his nation of South Korea was knocked out of the Asian Cup after a 0-1 loss to Qatar. Still, Son is very tired after giving his best for his country. He may start, he may not. We’re hoping he does.

Lucas Moura

Moura didn’t start against Chelsea, perhaps making some wonder whether he is back to full health. The Brazilian suffered a knee injury during Tottenham’s 7-goal thrashing of Tranmere Rovers. Worries are now put to bed after Moura came on for Fernando Llorente against Chelsea. He will likely even get the start on Sunday.

Harry Kane & Dele Alli

Obviously there is no chance we will see either Kane or Alli play against Crystal Palace. Kane picked up an ankle injury against Manchester United on the 13th of this month. Alli’s injury was more recent as his nagging hamstring injury returned against Fulham. Both Tottenham players are set to return sometime in March.
