Gareth Bale is not coming back to Tottenham and Ryan Sessegnon will most likely stay at Fulham, as Spurs close in on Christian Pulisic and Mathijs de Ligt.
Is Ciro Immobile Spurs-bound?
The Gazzetta last week reported that Spurs have shown interest in Lazio striker Ciro Immobile. This rumour is more speculation than truth at this stage, with the probability of Immobile joining Spurs currently quite low.

Spurs still a frontrunner in Mathijs de Ligt sweepstakes
Spurs and Mathijs de Ligt have been linked for months, and The Daily Mirror feels Tottenham are still the frontrunners to land Ajax’s teenage sensation. Juventus, however, are also in the running for the centre back. It’s expected de Ligt will cost about £65 million, an exorbitant amount of cash for an unproven player of his tender age. But de Ligt, as he matures and ages, is expected to do great things on the world stage, and is probably worth the massive financial risk.

No homecoming for Gareth Bale
As most people presumed, Gareth Bale is almost certainly not returning to Spurs this summer. Many Spurs supporters let their hearts supersede logic, but the North London club simply can’t afford Bale’s wages, the BBC reports. Even if Daniel Levy immediately loosens his tight wage structure, Bale’s salary is simply too rich for Spurs’ blood. His outrageous Champions League winner didn’t help Spurs’ cause, as his stunning bicycle kick reminded the world exactly what the Welshman is capable of.

Spurs ramp up chase for Christian Pulisic
The likelihood of Ryan Sessegnon signing for Spurs diminished considerably when Fulham earned promotion to the Premier League. While the club won’t give up on Sessegnon, Spurs turn their attention to Christian Pulisic.

Is Salomon Rondon an option for Spurs?
The most recent rumours out of North London link Spurs to West Brom’s Salomón Rondón. The Venezuelan had a poor season at the Hawthornes and also has a £16 million release clause in his contract. If you ask me, Spurs have no reason to go after Rondon. If they do, it could be another Robertdo Soldado in the making.

Martial prefers Spurs over Chelsea
Martial wants badly to join Spurs this summer. Chelsea are after the Manchester United forward but the Frenchman has no intention of joining the Blues. The pending transfer depends on Jose Mourinho’s willingness to part ways with Martial, who Spurs want in exchange for Toby Alderweireld.

Malcom prefers Spurs over Arsenal
Another option for Spurs is Bordeaux’s Malcom, who, for about a year, has been linked to Spurs. The attacker prefers Spurs as a final destination, hopefully snubbing Arsenal once and for all.
