Do you remember Kazuyuki Toda? Probably not, but back in 2003 the Japanese midfielder was brought to White Hart Lane to sure things up in the centre of the park.

Toda failed to do anything of the sort and will remain one of the forgotten men in Tottenham’s lengthy transfer history, but he got his place on this list.
