2. Moussa Sissoko (£35million)
Moussa Sissoko is one of those players who fall under the bracket of “what could have been?”. The French international lit up Euro 2016 with some outstanding performances which prompted Spurs to act fast and snap him up, for what seemed like a reasonable £35million.

74 appearances later, with two goals and nine assists to his name, Sissoko hasn’t shown much that warrants the kind of money we paid for him.
